The Home Team Marketing-Texas High School Athletic Directors 43rd annual State Conference will be held at the Houston Omni – Galleria – Four Riverway, Houston, Texas on March 1st, 2014 – March 5th, 2014.
We have changed the template of our State Conference to allow the attendee’s more time to visit with exhibitors and not feel rushed to go through the tradeshow area. We are allowing four hours on Sunday and Monday for a total of 8 hours of attendee-exhibitor contact over the two-day period. This will allow our exhibitors to be in their booth and establish quality contact time with our attendee’s. We are expecting a sold-out exhibitor hall and we anticipate anywhere from 300-400 athletic administrators. We will also have an Attendee/Exhibitor/Sponsor reception on Saturday evening for those that come in early.
Exhibitor registration deadline is February 10th, 2014.
Exhibitor registration will take place on Sunday, March 2nd, 2014 from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Exhibitor set-up will be on Sunday, March 2nd, 2014 starting at 12:00 noon.

I-45 South to Loop 610 West (becomes 610 South); exit Woodway and make a right Proceed west for approximately two blocks. Turn left on Riverway, indicated by two large red walls on your left hand side. Continue on Riverway until you reach the hotel.

Please include Texas High School State Athletic Directors Association and company name on all pieces.
Spaces are assigned after careful review of vendor products and services. Consideration is given to the separation of similar products and services. However, with a large number of duplications of like companies this is not always possible. Booth assignments cannot be made far in advance of the Conference so as to accommodate all registrants.
Identification badges should be worn by all company booth attendants. Names of representatives should be submitted on contract, typed or printed legibly.
Report upon arrival for your packet containing name badges, conference program, schedule and letter of welcome. You will be given your Booth number at registration.
Exhibitors are not permitted to erect displays or other materials on their booth that would obscure the view of adjoining booths. The front area of each booth must remain clear of obstructions. No display element in this area may exceed 4’6” in height. Traffic aisle must be kept clear in conformance with fire code.
Special needs Vendors having need for specialized equipment, tables, etc. should consult directly with the Omni – Amy Sena – 713-624-4864 Their representatives will be present Wednesday during set-up and Thursday morning in the Hall.

Conference Program Book Advertising
The Conference Program Book is an 8 1/2” x 11” publication. All ads are printed in high gloss black and white with color options for the cover pages. These programs are distributed to all Athletic Directors in attendance as well as to all exhibitors who are all listed with appropriate contact information in the booklet.

A check for the full amount made out to the THSADA must be sent along with the artwork for your ad. Ads will not be included in the program unless submitted with payment prior to February 22, 2013 on a first come/first serve basis.
