The Embassy Suites has a 28,000 square foot Grand Ballroom which can host our vendors. There are several other large meeting rooms that can host our Sunday Opening Session as well as the Tuesday night banquet without transitioning the Grand Ballroom. There is a Manager’s Reception in the evening and a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning. The hotel is located right on I-35 and has free parking. The hotel is 38 miles from the Austin airport.

Central Texas’ Premier Event Venue. Located on I-35 between Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin, Waco marks the population center of the State of Texas. Not many other locations can boast to being within a 3-hour drive of 80 percent of the state, making it the most convenient spot for any Texas convention. Chisholm Hall at the Waco Convention Center is 32,976,000 square foot which can easily host our Exhibitor Receptions.
